In order to strengthen employees' business ability, reserve talents needed by all departments of the company and improve the business level of employees from different countries in the overseas project department,AVIC-KDN held business skills training in the project department in July and August after the construction was suspended in the rainy season in Nepal. In addition to the original employees of the company, 26 new members, including local interns and excellent drivers of rented vehicles, were specially added for this training.

This training mainly focused on comprehensive management, business negotiation, engineering technology, financial management, mechanical equipment guarantee and maintenance management and so on. All departments involved of the project department attached great importance to this training and prepared lessons carefully according to the training task, elaborating comprehensive plans and detailed contents which were of great practicality and operability.The local trained staff actively responded and participated in this training program.
The business skills training is not only conducive to enhancing employees' business skills, but also promoting employees to find and solve problems in the process of continuous learning, constantly improving themselves, so as to enable them to accomplish their tasks with ease and skill in the future. Meanwhile, the excellent interns, drivers and operators who sprung up during the training will also be cultivated and reserved as the key perspective talents for various businesses in the future development and growth of the company.
